Dance floor filled

TVK was amazing from Day 1. Matt was always quick to respond with questions or concerns throughout the months leading up to the wedding day. On our actual day, TVK was incredible! Our dance floor was filled the whole night and people kept commenting on how great the band was. My fiance and I wanted people to have fun and dance and they DELIVERED. They are worth every penny!!

We booked TVK Orchestra for our April 2026 wedding,

and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests about them. Everyone loved them and said they were the best. They said having a band at our wedding was so first-class!

Matt was our point of contact at TVK, and he was wonderful to work with. He was super helpful with our questions as we planned out the best music for our wedding, which was tough because we had a smaller group with guests ranging in age from their 20's-80's. However, after weeks of work, we finally put together a list of music that was a mix of our favorites across the decades that we knew everyone would enjoy, no matter what their generation.

We worked with TVK for our cocktail hour, dinner, and wedding reception. At our cocktail hour, we had a live piano player for an hour. For dinner, we played some of our favorite songs that were recorded, so MP3 style. Then we had a 7-piece band for our wedding reception, which was three hours of dancing. TVK did a great job of playing most of the songs we shared. They played a few songs not on our list, but they were upbeat tunes to get more people on the dance floor and keep the party going longer. Even though most guests headed home before the last dance at midnight, TVK kept playing to our small crowd of family until our last private dance was held as husband and wife.

If you are planning a wedding, I definitely recommend a band over a DJ, and the best one to contact is TVK Orchestra.Such a great band!

Amazing Band

We hired TVK for our August 2025 wedding at the Chicago History Museum and they did an amazing job. They kept the dancefloor packed with a mix of modern hits and classics. Matt and team were super flexible, as we requested several songs that were not on their list, and they learned them for us. Would HIGHLY recommend TVK for any upcoming event.

TVK Orchestra Crushed It

TVK put my daughter's wedding "over the top" while exceeding all of my expectations and providing a tremendous value. There's nothing like live music, and we hired TVK to provide a string trio for the ceremony, jazz combo for cocktail hour, and the orchestra with brass for dinner and dancing. First, the musicianship and vocal talent is excellent. From Sinatra standards to Motown to pop hits, their arrangements and segues were masterful. In addition to the musicians, TVK provides sound engineers so the sound is tailored to the venue throughout the event. The service is incredible, and Tom's "master of ceremonies" service was excellent, working together with the venue to perfectly time the reception announcements, speeches, and dances with the dining tempo. I'd hire TVK again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Band!

TVK Orchestra was the best choice we could have made for music. Everyone present for our wedding could not stop talking about how great the music was and how well the band played. Our entire experience working with TVK was smooth from start to finish. As far as vendors are concerned, TVK was by far the most responsive and communicative and this was hugely important since we didn't have a wedding planner. They completely understood our vision and really executed everything that was important to us on our wedding day. TVK crew are AMAZING people

Matt & the whole TVK crew are AMAZING people and amazing to work with. When we first started looking for a band to play at our wedding, Matt was always letting us know where TVK was playing at an event so we could listen to them before we booked to make sure we would get what we wanted. After deciding on TVK, Matt worked with us to ensure we had the perfect wedding. We had a half Polish half American wedding, so when the band had a break, they played a playlist of Polish songs so the dance floor was never empty and everyone danced to what they liked! We had so many compliments throughout the entire evening and are still getting rave reviews from all of our guests that they were one of the best wedding bands ever. If you have any hesitations at all - don’t. TVK is the BEST!

HIRE THIS BAND!!!!

My husband and I are both musicians, so we were very particular about wanting a band that sounded great, had a wide repertoire, and would honor special requests. We spoke with Matt, who was really patient with us as two people with a zillion questions.

Tom, the band leader, has a great attitude and is very talented. My husband and I wanted to play guitar and sing with the band, and he went as far as to send us the exact arrangement the band would play and bring guitars for us. We were nervous about playing with them without rehearsing, but the performance went amazing and sounded great. Their sound people are so on top of it.

The band itself sounded incredible on every song. They kill it on every genre. I am not just saying this, our dance floor was packed every second. Our guests were telling them every moment they were about to take a break, the band played another banger and they wanted to stay. They really can read a room.
